Our flexible platform gives users the ability to exchange feedback and peer review across the full spectrum, from casual, water cooler style discussions, to more formal assessments that may have serious implications on employment status. For the latter, we provide a number of functions that support HR in doing performance evaluations, whether Coworkers.com is used to drive the entire process, or it is used to augment existing processes and systems.
