"Let's stay in contact..."
How many times have you heard that, or said it yourself?
And how often does it actually happen? Hey, we understand, it's not easy to
keep track of all of the people you've worked with. People move on, computers crash,
business cards get lost, and our brains get filled with lots of other stuff.
But you never know when you might come across that long lost coworker again, and it can be
fun to track the progress of people you've worked with.
That's why we developed the Contacts & Groups functionality. We make it easy
to keep track of the people you have work relationships with, whether or not they are
registered at Coworkers.com. We'll notify you by email when your contacts have
activity, such as updated profiles. You can also organize your contacts into groups,
which makes it easy to send out regular requests for feedback to the same list of people.

Contacts and Groups features
We make it a breeze to manage your contacts and groups. You can add people
to your contacts list whether they are on this site or not, and
no confirmation is required by the other person. You can manage notifications
for each contact, for example receiving an email whenever they are reviewed
or update their profile.
Here are some ways that people are using our contacts and groups functionality:
- Create a group for a project team to facilitate a regular feedback cycle
- Maintain a "watch list" of candidates you might like to hire,
but you need more information first
- Follow interesting people you came across while browsing
