It was started by seasoned entrepreneurs who collectively have many years of experience with Internet startups, as well as in the more traditional world of brick and mortar enterprises.
| Jonathan Clay Founder, President Coworkers' president, Jonathan Clay, is responsible for executing the company's overall strategy. As a consultant, Jonathan has helped use technology to solve problems at many well-known organizations, including CBS Broadcasting, Bank of America, Harvard University, Delta Airlines, and Time Warner Cable. He has also played key roles at many startups, including some of the early predecessors of today's popular social networks. He lives in the San Diego area, but is based professionally out of New York City. Jonathan is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with degrees in Cognitive Science and Mathematics. He was inspired to start Coworkers by having been fortunate enough to work with many top performers in the business world, and observing firsthand the factors that helped to make them successful. |

| James Young Co-founder, Chief Creative Officer As Chief Creative Officer, James Young leads Coworkers' product design, user experience, and marketing efforts. James is a professional artist and designer based near Boston. He has worked on many software, website, enterprise web application, and mobile app projects during his more than twenty years in the technology sector. He has worked with such companies as Adobe, Cloudera, IHS Global Insight, InterSystems Corporation, Millennial Media, and PayPal. Prior to becoming a consultant, James held senior design positions at Frame Technology (acquired by Adobe), Monitor Group, and Extraprise. |
